Architecture Committee - this group works with homeowners on protecting our clean, consistent appearance of our buildings.  Any exterior changes to your unit must be approved by the committee.  A change form is available at the guard house, with instructions on how to fill it out.  The current chairperson is Karen Putney. Landscape Committee - Ever wonder why the plants at Madison Place looks so manicured?  We are blessed to have several "Green Thumbs" who work with our staff and contractors to ensure we keep our wonderful greenery lush and healthy.

Social Committee - In today's hectic world, it's often hard to meet your neighbors.  The Social Committee, chaired by Colleen McCauley and Steve Oprea - host several events each year to help you get to know your fellow residents.  Here are some pictures from the Annual Garden Party:
